I made some Madita's for the girls last week.
Another great Farbenmix pattern and soo simple to put together. The one above is Jessica's, the flowery fabric I got I think a few years ago from Crafty Mamas, maybe it's a Hilco woven? I can't remember, the blue spots I got from Spotlight. The embroidery is Matz and Mimi.
This one is Emma's, again fabric from Crafty Mamas and Spotlight. I didn't think hers needed an embroidery. I did take photos for the girls wearing them but I had a fingerprint on my camera lens so they were all smudged. I hope to get them to wear these as it cools down too with a top underneath and maybe some tights.
I've also been doing a bit of crochet, a few yokes for some Hacktops. I love the Brown Sheep Cotton Fine colours they are really beautiful.
I seem to have a few too many things on the go at the moment - half a sock, a swap half done, fabric cut out here and there, stuff in piles that I have ideas for. I'd like to say I'll catch up when school goes back but with one at school, one at kinder and one at home and somehow volunteering myself for a kinder committee position and running the school book club I don't think I'm about to get a lot of extra crafting time! I have a feeling this will be a busy year but at least I have a craft retreat to look forward to in May!!!
