Last week I was browsing through embroidery designs when Samuel came up and asked me what I was doing. When he spotted these monsters he asked me if I would make him a monster top.

Fabric: Stella from Crafty Mamas
Embroidery: Munsters
He wanted to wear it straight away so I haven't had a chance to wash it so don't mind the the embroidery stabiliser still on there.
Also some yummy new cotton yarn arrived this week.
Lovely Brown Sheep Cotton Fine from Tangled Yarns in some beautiful colours that I plan to use to make a few HackTops. I love the shape of the pattern and managed to bumble through the German instructions to crochet the top part (the videos on the Farbenmix website are easy to follow) but I wasn't happy with the colours, I have learnt my lesson to choose both the fabric and yarn together at the start.
